Guru Nanak Public School celebrated Gandhi Jayanti with the theme of a tobacco-free future. The Vice Principal, Ms. Anjna Sethi inaugurated the event by lighting the lamp and Ms. Mamta began the event by delivering a lecture on non-violence. Students took an oath to abstain from using tobacco in the future.
A street play, performed by students from classes 4th to 7th, highlighted the adverse effects of tobacco. The students organized a campaign to raise awareness among the public about the harmful effects of tobacco.
The event concluded with a lecture by the Vice Principal, who shared her insights on the detrimental impact of tobacco.
